Tucked in the corner of Stevens Ave and West Diamond Lake Road at 5500 Stevens Ave South in Minneapolis, MN lies The Museum of Russian Art. Here is a cozy museum that houses some beautiful works of art by many prominent Russian artists. The history behind each painting provides each work of art with an even greater vibrancy and sense of intrigue.
While scoping out the fantastic art on the upper level of the museum, I stumbled upon their gift store, The Izba. Seemingly small from the exterior, when I walked in, I was greeted by the large, spacious store.
The Izba has a lot of beautiful gifts, books, and jewelry that is all inspired by or has some Russian background. Some of my favorite items are in the following:
