I stumbled across this gem of a video of the Eameses introducing their Lounge chair on an NBC show. I really love how modest Charles and Ray appear. Also the video gives a brief explanation of the stories and inspiration behind some of their other chairs. Perhaps my favorite part is the sweeping music that accompanies the grand introduction of the Lounge Chair. This interview gives great insight into their design process behind some of these classic pieces.
